We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is that displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance, which is beyond our direct control.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a correct and complete delivery address.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications under UK law, and a refund will not be issued for the medication.
If you wish to cancel before dispensing, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for cancelled orders (where dispensing has not occurred) will be processed within 14 days. Any applicable consultation fees may be retained where clinical services have been provided.
